Delivery Time: Shipping timelines vary based on location. Most orders are delivered within 3–7 business days after dispatch.

Shipping Charges: Shipping charges, if any, will be displayed at checkout. Free shipping may apply to certain products or order values.

Tracking: Once shipped, customers will receive a tracking link via SMS/Email/WhatsApp.
Return & Refund Policy
We value customer satisfaction while ensuring the highest quality standards. Our cancellation, refund, and return policies are as follows:

100% Refund – if the order is cancelled within 12 hours of placement.

75% Refund – if cancelled after 12 hours but before shipping.

50% Refund – if cancelled after the package is shipped.

No Refund – once the product is delivered and then cancelled.

Damaged / Spilled Package – If the package arrives damaged or spilled, we will resend the product at no extra cost.

RTO (Return to Origin) – No refund will be issued if RTO occurs due to customer error (wrong address, unavailability, etc.).

Refund Timeline – All refunds will be processed within 7 business days to your bank account.
